Gaga performed "LoveGame" live, although she was a big part of this episode, not only her songs were used in the episode, but the whole cabaret directed by Vanessa was inspired by her songs, which were performed by multiple characters. It was suggested that she was friends with Blair's stepfather Cyrus Rose while she was still at TISCH.

"LoveGame" was used in the cabaret, it was performed by minor characters alongside Olivia (Hilary Duff).

"Dance in the Dark" and "Telephone" (feat. Beyoncé) were also used in the episode, while Jenny was at the club with Damien with drugs on him to meet with a client.
